Animal Adaptations

This week in science we have been discussing animal adaptations. We have been talking about ways animals survive in their environment by adapting to their surroundings. One way animals do this is through camouflage. The students colored a butterfly to match the surroundings of the classroom and then we looked around the room to see how well we camouflaged our butterflies. It was a lot of fun.
